Booking Terms and Conditions

For our Cancellation Policy we require 72 hours notice of any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Our cancellation fee is covered within your Booking Fee which is NON REFUNDABLE.

If you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment we require a new Booking Fee.

All Booking Fees are NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

Please arrive at the exact time of your appointment, if you are over 10 minutes late we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. This is to ensure our schedule is kept and lateness does not impact other clients.

If you are late, this may impact the result of your treatment, at By Lily Caitlin we will try our best to give you the best possible results with the time we have. By Lily Caitlin will not be responsible for results differing due to lateness.

We do not allow any extra guests to attend your appointment so please come alone.

We do not allow anyone under the age of 16 to attend any appointments or have any treatment.

For all treatments we accept Bank Transfer or Cash. The balance of your treatment price after the Booking Fee MUST be settled BEFORE leaving the premises of By Lily Caitlin.

If you are unable to pay with Bank Transfer or Cash, we do provide a card machine which is used will be at an extra cover charge of £1.
Eyelash Extensions Terms and Conditions

All of our services are NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstance.

You MUST inform us of any allergies you may have.

You must arrive with clean eyelashes and no undereye makeup or skincare products. If this isn't followed By Lily Caitlin holds no responsibility for premature loss of the extensions.

If you experience any issues with your eyelash extensions you must contact us within the first 48 hours of the service being provided and we will be happy to fix them for you providing you have followed aftercare instructions which will be clearly explained to you upon your initial appointment.

Failure to inform us of any issues within 48 hours may result in an infill at your expense.

By Lily Caitlin holds no responsibility for premature loss of the extensions due to improper aftercare and any infills needed will be at your expense.

You must have 50% or more of remaining eyelash extensions attached when coming for an infill, if you can count them, it's more than likely a full set required.

If coming for an infill with less than 50% of your eyelash extensions still attached, a full set will be required and you will be charged accordingly. If you have booked an infill slot and require a full set, we will have to work with the time we have and we may not be able to complete them to the full capacity. If you are unsure if you require a full set or an infill please do not hesitate to send us a photo VIA direct message on our Instagram @bylilycaitlin.
Gel Manicure Terms and Conditions

All of our services are NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstance.

You MUST inform us of any allergies you may have.

If booking for a full set you must not have any products on your nails that was not done by By Lily Caitlin.

If you are booking for a full set of Gel Nails you must book a removal if you still have your previous set on, this EXCLUDES Builder Gel.

If you experience any issues with your nails you must contact us within the first 48 hours of the service being provided and we will be happy to fix them for you providing you have followed aftercare instructions which will be clearly explained to you upon your initial appointment.

Eyelash Lift and Brow Lamination Terms and Conditions

All of our services are NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstance.

You MUST inform us of any allergies you may have.

A patch test is REQUIRED 24 hours before the full treatment is carried out.

If you experience any issues with your lash lift or brow lamination you must contact us within the first 48 hours of the service being provided and we will be happy to fix them for you providing you have followed aftercare instructions which will be clearly explained to you upon your initial appointment.

You must not wear tanning products on the brow area a week prior to your appointment and you must not use strong skincare products on or around your brows for a week prior to your appointment.
Tint and Wax Terms and Conditions

All of our services are NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstance.
